So we decided to build a place where you can find it, too.

Q.01 // What is Man Man Vinyl Club, and how does it work?
Man Man Vinyl Club is a specialty vinyl listening café located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, designed as a quiet weekend hideout where you can slow down and focus entirely on the music. When you reserve a 90-minute session with us, you secure a dedicated listening station equipped with an Audio-Technica AT-LP60XUSB turntable, HA400 amplification, and FiiO premium headphones. During your session, you can explore our curated collection of 200+ records while enjoying a complimentary specialty coffee or non-coffee drink in an intimate, distraction-free environment.
Q.02 // Does Man Man Vinyl Club serve food, or can I bring my own?
We serve drinks only, featuring a menu of classic and specialty coffees (like our Orange Mocha and Strawberry Latte) alongside non-coffee options (like Matcha and Houjicha lattes). We do not serve food, and outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. We highly recommend treating yourself to a good meal before you arrive!
Q.03 // I have never used a record player before. Can I still visit?
Absolutely! No prior vinyl experience is needed. Our staff is always happy to show you how to use the turntables. You can choose from our collection of 200+ vinyl records, selecting a maximum of 2 records at a time. We simply ask that you handle the records with clean hands, hold them only by the edges or center label, and always rest them flat on the tabletop when removing them from their sleeves.
Q.04 // Is there an age limit, and what is the general etiquette in the lounge?
Yes, all guests must be aged 14 and above. Because our space is designed as a quiet pocket to float in the music, we ask that you keep your phones on silent and speak softly. You are welcome to take casual photos from your own table, but please avoid using flash or tripods so everyone can enjoy the music without distraction.
Q.05 // What happens if I am late or need to cancel my reservation?
We recommend arriving at our Bayan Lepas location 10 minutes early so you can find parking and settle in. Your session ends at its scheduled time regardless of when you arrive, so arriving late simply shortens your listening time — but your table is held exclusively for you and never given away. Guests are only seated once their entire party is present. Need to change your booking? Use the link in your confirmation email: with at least 48 hours notice, rescheduling is free and a cancellation is refunded less an RM5 processing fee. Changes made less than 48 hours ahead, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
Q.06 // How do I book a listening session, and can I walk in?
Book online in the Reservations section of our homepage: choose the number of guests, pick a date and session time, then enter your name, email and phone number to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email with links to reschedule or cancel. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability — booking ahead is the only way to guarantee a listening station.
Q.07 // How much does a listening session cost?
A 90-minute listening session is RM35 for the first guest and RM25 for each additional guest in the same booking. The price includes your own listening station, access to our collection of 200+ records, and a complimentary coffee or non-coffee drink for every guest.
Q.08 // Can I bring my own vinyl records?
Yes. Please let us know before your visit that you are bringing records — message us on WhatsApp at +60 12-634 0958 or email manmanvinylclub@gmail.com. Our staff will check each record's condition before it is played on our turntables.
Q.09 // When is Man Man Vinyl Club open, and where is it?
We are open Saturdays and Sundays, 2.30pm–6.15pm, at 6-G-15, Tingkat Nipah, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.. Street parking is available around the apartment building, and there are additional parking spaces below Pan Palace Plaza. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
